2. On Shipzip.com you can send packages, schedule a pick up and track your packages. All the features presented on the website are also available on Shipzip Call Center and Shipzip stores. For the transactions performed on Shipzip.com you confirm that you accept all the terms and conditions outlined here
3. Shipping rates are calculated per the regular and volumetric weight of your packages. For oversized and light packages volumetric weight of your package is taken into account. Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the width, length and depth of your package and divide the sum by 166. If the volumetric weight of your package is higher than the actual weight of your package, the shipping rate is determined based on the volumetric weight. When you schedule a pick up on Shipzip.com, an estimated shipping rate is presented based on the weight you submit. When your package is picked up, it is weighed at our Shipping Centers and the final shipping rate is declared to you by e-mail and phone.
4. The insured amount for your shipment is calculated based on the submitted value of your package. The insurance cost is presented to you on the website before you place your shipping order.
5. Shipzip.com (HK Hızlı Kargo Uluslararası Taşımacılık Lojistik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi) inspects all shipments for security purposes.
6. If the user does not make a payment for the services used on Shipzip.com for more than 30 days, Shipzip reserves the right to cancel the user account. The user also acknowledges, by using the website, that Shipzip.com (HK Hızlı Kargo Uluslararası Taşımacılık Lojistik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi) is authorized to charge the credit card on file for any service charge due for the services the user has purchased or used.
7. Overdue charges: For the overdue payments of 30 days and over, 50 TL late fee and a 8% of the overdue amount is charged to user's credit card on file. The late fees are charged for each and every month for any overdue amount on user's account.
8. Shipzip.com membership starts as soon as the registration is complete on the website. The use of the services on Shipzip.com confirms the acceptance of terms and conditions and authorizes Shipzip.com (HK Hızlı Kargo Uluslararası Taşımacılık Lojistik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi) to charge the users' credit card on file for the services used.
9. Shipzip.com user agrees to comply with any national and international laws regarding the services featured on Shipzip.com. Shipzip.com user can never use this website to ship unlawful packages or parcels of any kind.

Shipzip.com is not liable for not fulfilling any obligations towards members at all as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to); acts of god including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost; force majeure including (but not limited to) war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes or civil commotions; national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery; latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the shipment; criminal acts of third parties such as theft and arson; electricity blackouts, network or satellite connection breaks.
11. Shipzip.com keeps the right to change, amend, cancel or make exceptions to the terms and conditions listed here. Please check this terms and conditions page time to time. As long as an user has a membership and/or he/she continues to use Shipzip.com services means that the user accepts and is subject to these terms and conditions.
